Welcome to the Site Map section of Time-to-Run Britain

For simplicity reasons the site contents are displayed under the 7 sections above in the form of a HM menu. We also provide a navigation menu on each of the pages for easier access to the different pages in each section and if you click on the Time-to-Run header on each page you will be taken to the sites home page.

To make matters even more simple we have provided a map in the form of a 'folder tree' which allows you to access all the pages falling under the main site. Each section ie. Cape Town, Finland and the future sites will have a site map to make the navigation of that section easier.
