methods available for the athlete to reach their full potential.
In the first method we discussed was Interval Training,
where we provided data to assist you in understanding the
purpose of such sessions. In the first article covered Interval
Training Defined as well as The Physiology of Intermittant
Exercise which will then lead to the Interpretation.
The article is fairly lengthy, and provides a scientific prospective
in 'layman' terms.
Now we move towards Fartlek, what the word means and what
the training entails.
